Feedstock Classification
Automotive laminated glass, flat architectural glass and container glass are received and characterized separately. Ceramics, stones, metals, plastics, coatings, mirror backing and moisture determine sorting and product quality.
Processing Route
Controlled receiving → sorting by glass type → removal of metals, plastics, ceramics and stones → primary crushing → laminated-glass interlayer separation where required → secondary crushing → screening and air separation → cullet quality control → covered product storage.
Main Equipment
Receiving and sorting conveyors, crusher, screen, magnetic and air separation, laminated-glass interlayer separation, dust collection, optional washing and water recirculation, cullet silos or storage bays.
Preliminary Capacity & Technical Specification Range
| Typical configurable capacity | 1–30 t/h |
|---|---|
| Feed basis | Automotive laminated, flat or container glass; ceramic/stone, metal, plastic, coating and moisture content |
| Typical outputs | Screened cullet fractions, separated metal/plastic and recovered PVB where technically required |
| Key utilities | Power, dust collection and optional process-water recirculation |
Required for quotation: representative photos and samples, minimum/normal/peak feed quantity, composition and contamination analysis, operating hours, desired products and sizes, local emission/discharge limits, utilities, plot plan and required automation.
Waste Glass Recycling: Before, Processing and After
Before: Mixed waste glass bottles and broken glass with possible impurities.
Processing: Crushing, conveying, magnetic separation and other contaminant-removal steps selected for the verified feed.
After: Clean, screened glass cullet for glassmaking, construction aggregate or landscaping filler, subject to product testing.
