Industrial & Chemical Sludge / Process Slurry

Sludge and residue thickening, dewatering, drying, stabilization and resource-recovery engineering based on verified composition and final outlet criteria.

SLUDGE TREATMENT · SEPARATE ENGINEERING ROUTE

Industrial & Chemical Sludge / Process Slurry

Pumpable process slurry, chemical sludge, precipitation sludge, settled suspensions and related dewatered cake from verified industrial sources. Source, liquid content, solids, chemistry and compatibility determine the route. Solid slag, dry dust and unrelated industrial solids retain their own industrial-waste classification.

Preliminary Capacity Range

Configurable range5–200 wet t/day or 1–50 m³/h dewatering feed
Final sizing basisRepresentative samples, minimum / normal / peak flow, operating hours, dry-solids load, required cake moisture, utilities and final output route.

Engineering Boundary

Required analyses include pH, dry solids, oil, salts, metals, cyanide/sulfide where relevant, halogens, organics, leachability, hazardous properties, dewaterability and compatible disposal or recovery criteria. Different industrial sources must not be blended without a compatibility study.
