Oily Sludge Treatment & Recovery

Tank-bottom sludge, separator sludge, API/CPI sludge and other oil-water-solid sludge from petroleum storage, refining or oil-handling systems. Waste lubricating oil is a separate liquid-waste category.

Preliminary Capacity Range

Configurable range5–200 wet t/day; thermal duty confirmed by oil, water and solids analysis
Final sizing basisRepresentative samples, minimum / normal / peak flow, operating hours, dry-solids load, required cake moisture, utilities and final output route.

Engineering Boundary

Required analyses include oil, water and solids, viscosity, particle distribution, salts, metals, sulfur, flash point, volatile components and hazardous classification. Recovered-oil yield and residue quality are confirmed only after representative testing.
