CHINA BENTEINDUSTRY GROUP
AGRICULTURAL WASTE · RESOURCE RECOVERY · PULP & PAPER
Engineering route for converting waste straw and related agricultural fibrous residues into pulp for a defined paper or paperboard production interface.
Published project basis: Thailand · 5 t/h · waste straw to pulp.

The exact preparation, pulping, washing and recovery configuration is confirmed from representative straw analysis, pulp requirements, water balance, utilities and environmental limits.

Receiving, storage, controlled feeding, sorting, dust removal, cutting, cleaning and conditioning.
Project-specific pulping route, pulp washing, screening, cleaning, stock preparation and intermediate storage.
Process-water circulation, liquor separation, wastewater treatment, odor and residue management according to the approved process.
Drives, instrumentation, PLC/HMI or SCADA, steam or thermal interfaces, process water, compressed air and electrical distribution.
Frames extracted from the five project videos supplied by the owner. They document the line equipment, feed handling and operating environment.

Waste straw and similar agricultural fibrous residues can be evaluated after representative feedstock inspection and testing.
The owner-provided project basis is 5 tonnes per hour for the Thailand waste-straw-to-pulp project.
Yes. The pulp preparation and storage interface can be developed for a defined downstream paper or paperboard process. Final pulp specification must be agreed first.
No. Fiber condition, silica, ash, moisture, contamination and the required pulp properties determine the preparation and pulping route.
Representative raw-material samples, hourly and seasonal quantities, required pulp or paper product, water quality, utilities, site information and local discharge requirements are required.
Water circulation, washing stages, liquor separation and wastewater treatment are designed from the selected process and the applicable discharge or reuse standard.
Yes. Conveying, dosing, tanks, pulp transfer, washing, screening and utility systems can be integrated with PLC/HMI or SCADA according to the project boundary.
No. Yield, chemical consumption, utilities and final pulp quality require feedstock testing and an approved process basis.
Provide the straw type, representative analysis, required pulp or paper product, capacity, site, utilities and environmental standard.
