AGRICULTURAL WASTE · FEED INGREDIENTS
Agricultural Residues to Feed Ingredients
Raw materials: eligible, source-separated crop and food-processing residues only. Processing: inspection, foreign-material removal, hygienic preparation, drying, milling, mixing and pelletizing as required. Finished product: tested feed ingredients or pellets for the approved market. This route is separate from pulp and paper, biomass fuel, fertilizer, manure, wastewater sludge and slaughterhouse protein meals.

Plant-Based Feed Ingredients and Separate Animal By-product Routes
Eligible source-separated crop and food-processing by-products may follow inspection, foreign-material removal, appropriate hygienic preparation, drying, milling, mixing and optional pelletizing. Ingredient composition, contamination, nutritional suitability and permitted use must be confirmed before formulation. Finished pellets are not automatically suitable for every animal species.
Manure, medical waste, wastewater sludge and mixed municipal waste are excluded from this feed route. Slaughterhouse protein meals require their separate meat/bone, blood or feather process.

Slaughterhouse By-products: Protein Meals, Fat & Fertilizer
Separate routes: eligible meat and bone → meat-and-bone meal; blood → blood meal; feathers → hydrolyzed feather meal; separated fat → rendered fat. Manure follows a separate organic-fertilizer or biogas route. Wastewater sludge is not a feed ingredient.

Preliminary Capacity & Technical Specification Range
| Typical configurable capacity | 5–200 t/day raw by-products; hygienic cooking, drying and milling capacity is selected by feed type |
|---|---|
| Feed basis | Crop/food-processing or slaughterhouse source, moisture, protein/fat/ash, pathogens, metals, foreign material and legal category |
| Typical outputs | Tested feed ingredients or rendered products; no feed approval is implied before laboratory and regulatory review |
| Key utilities | Power, steam or thermal energy, odor control, wastewater treatment, hygienic storage and laboratory QA |
Required for quotation: representative photos and samples, minimum/normal/peak feed quantity, composition and contamination analysis, operating hours, desired products and sizes, local emission/discharge limits, utilities, plot plan and required automation.
