Agricultural & Agro-Industrial Processing Plants

Processing lines for grains and crops together with configurable assembly facilities for agricultural machinery.

Real production reference: cassava handling and processing.

China Bente develops crop-specific processing plants instead of presenting agriculture as one generic milling line. Priority routes include cassava flour, wheat starch and gluten, cane-sugar processing for suitable South American and other growing regions, and wet/dry coffee processing for African and other origins.

Crop-specific production routes

Cassava flour and starch

Root receiving, washing, peeling, rasping or chipping, dewatering, drying, milling, sieving and packing.

Wheat starch and gluten

Flour preparation, slurry/dough development, starch-gluten separation, refining, dewatering, drying and packing.

Cane sugar processing

Cane preparation, milling or diffusion, juice clarification, evaporation, crystallisation, centrifuging and packing.

Coffee wet and dry processing

Cherry flotation/pulping or dry route, controlled drying, hulling, grading, colour sorting and bagging.

Capacity and technical parameter range

Preliminary selection range only. Capacity basis must be stated—fresh roots, wheat/flour, cane TCD, cherry, parchment or green coffee—and corrected for moisture, yield, season and operating hours.

Production route Compact Standard High-output Selection basis
Cassava flour 2–5 t/h fresh roots 5–15 t/h 15–30+ t/h Root dry matter, cyanide control, final moisture and flour fineness
Wheat starch / gluten 50–200 t/day wheat or flour 200–600 t/day 600–1,500+ t/day Protein, flour quality, starch grade, gluten product and water recovery
Cane sugar 500–2,000 TCD cane 2,000–8,000 TCD 8,000–20,000+ TCD Cane fibre/sugar, extraction route, steam balance and product grade
Coffee wet / dry processing 1–5 t/h cherry or parchment 5–15 t/h 15–30+ t/h Route basis, moisture, bean quality, drying and grading specification
Crop drying / milling / packing 1–5 t/h 5–20 t/h 20–60+ t/h Crop, inlet moisture, finished size and pack format

Frequently asked questions

Why is cassava capacity stated on fresh roots?

Fresh-root intake is the clearest plant basis. Flour output is calculated from root dry matter, process yield and final moisture.

Can the wheat line produce both starch and gluten?

Yes. The separation and drying sections are selected around the required starch grade, gluten product and raw-flour quality.

What does TCD mean for sugar plants?

TCD means tonnes of cane per day and is the normal cane-receiving capacity basis.

Can bagasse support plant energy?

Yes. A cane project can evaluate bagasse handling and cogeneration, subject to a confirmed steam and power balance.

Does the coffee plant cover both wet and dry routes?

Yes. The route is chosen from cherry/parchment availability, water, climate, quality target and environmental controls.

Can the plant include storage and packing?

Yes. Silos or warehouses, weighing, bags, palletising, finished-product storage and dispatch can be included.
